Descripción del trabajoIdentify, monitor, and manage opportunities to offer services. Write and review service proposals. Work with allocated resources to identify opportunities to submit service proposals for federal contracts. Develop processes for finding opportunities for federal, state, and federally funded contracts. Participate in the creation and execution of personnel plans for projects and clients. Development of policies and procedures related to the search for opportunities and Human Resources and Recruitment Issues. Development and internal analysis of metrics related to federal contracts and recruitment. Project support as a consultant, as assigned. Identify the strengths and needs of the resources according to the needs and strategies of the company. Deliver bi-weekly reports of achievements. Other tasks and responsibilities required by the company. Bilingual (Spanish and English) Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Project, Excel, Word, Power Point) PMP or LPP certifications highly preferred Depending on the assigned project may be required to travel 10-75% of the time. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resources, or related field or a combination of education and experience. MBA is desirable (Project Management, General Management, Quality Management) 5+ year as Project Manager, or similar projects or management positions. 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix team. Demonstrated experience presenting to Executive Management. Demonstrated experience developing or interpreting metrics. Experience in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals. Able to develop project plans, risk management. Experience with budget development and monitoring preferred.

The primary focus of this position is to manage projects and provide regulatory and compliance consulting to the company and our clients.
Main Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and monitor projects through the entire project lifecycle.
- Develop, monitor, and / or update project documentation (charter, schedule, agenda, communications plan, risk register, budget, closing documents, etc.)
- Develop, manage, and monitor project schedule and project budget.
- Define the main objectives, purpose, scope, shared expectations, and ensure that projects are moving forward.
- Ensure that all project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Perform quality control of projects throughout implementations to maintain expected standards.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Ensure the quality of the project deliverables.
- Manage project performance with appropriate KPIs.
- Perform project closure activities by ensuring work is completed, resources are reallocated, and formally sign off the projects.
- Supervise project members and provide training if needed.
- Provide appropriate and effective communications at the executive level.
- Provide consulting and ensure compliance with regulations applicable to programs / projects (federal funds, regulatory agencies, local laws, and regulations)
- Develop and monitor program execution plans.
- Implement mitigation plans for projects.
- Coordinate project implementation activities.
- Focus on client satisfaction and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Support corporate business development (as assigned).
