Descripción del trabajoProcesses monetary transactions such as check changing, money orders, savings and checking account withdrawals and deposits, cash advances, loans, car and mortgage payments, among others. Performs debit / credit entries through bank teller system or manually during contingency situations. Applies security measures, identifying and reporting irregularities and suspicious transactions as defined in BSA and other requirements. Applies internal control measures maintaining the registrar cash balances as established and referring transactions when authorization is needed. Contributes to the branch growth by applying the Sales Culture and OSS Program, achieving goals, working plans, and following administrative procedures. Complies with all related laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Truth in Lending, Truth in Savings, US Patriot Act, and Community Reinvestment Act, among others. Complies with the branch Sales Culture, identifying customer product and service needs and referring accordingly. Performs end-of-day balancing and closing, enabling sending transactions to the Proof and Transit unit as per the required timetable. Performs administrative duties including but not limited to preparing daily transaction documents, money counting, and filing documents. Completes FINCEN 104, CTR information forms, for cash and other transactions as defined in BSA operational procedures. Complies with all operational activities and procedures related to his / her scope of responsibility. Participates in internal and external sales activities. Supports the Sales area by answering phone calls and addressing service situations accordingly. Performs greeter duties when needed. Supports the Branch Sales Assistant Manager with administrative tasks, as requested. Assists branch and Sales and Distribution in special projects and assignments. Participates in PEBO reviews by supporting the Branch Sales Assistant Manager in gathering required information. Also responsible for implementing PEBO recommendations related to the sales area. Fully bilingual preferable Problem Solving Communication and interpersonal relations Initiative and creativity Effort and engagement Reading oriented Teamwork Analytical thinking Customer Service Sales oriented Quality Accounting oriented A minimum of six (6) months of working experience in a sales or customer service environment. Twenty-four (24) credits toward an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or Banking course or Technical Course. Basic mathematical skills. Experience working with cash registers preferred. Excellent communication and written skills. Fully bilingual preferable. Computer literate in the use of MS Office, Internet, and Banking tools. Available to work holidays, weekends, and flexible schedules. Also available to be transferred to other branches within the geographical area. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Also, the ability to evaluate, react, and perform quickly and error-free.

A Brief Overview
The Service Representative PT is responsible for attending to and processing bank customers' daily paying and receiving transaction needs through :
- Identifying customer bank products and services needs and referring accordingly.
- Providing service to customers following satisfaction standards.
- Complying with regulatory requirements and operational procedures.
- Complying with scorecard (banking products).
