About the Role :

We’re looking for a thoughtful and creative Content Creator to help tell the stories that matter most to our clients, teams, and partners. In this role, you’ll create human-centered content for our digital platforms, social media, our website, and professional networks focused on the world of financial, management, and advisory services

You’ll work closely with marketing, consultants, and leadership to bring our values, impact, and expertise to life in ways that are accessible, relatable, and engaging. Your content will connect with real people and clients looking for guidance, professionals seeking purpose, and industry peers wanting insight.

What You’ll Do :

Craft engaging content (posts, articles, visuals, videos) that reflects our brand voice and speaks directly to people, our clients, employees, and community.
Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), website updates, and professional boards.
Collaborate with internal teams to highlight stories of success, innovation, and impact in financial and management consulting.
Translate complex service offerings into content that is clear, compelling, and human-focused. Ensure all content aligns with tone, values, and visual identity across platforms.
Monitor platform engagement and performance, using analytics to improve reach and relevance.
Stay on top of trends in digital content, B2B communication, and advisory service messaging.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience creating digital content in a professional service or B2B environment (finance, consulting, or related industries preferred).

Excellent writing and editing skills with a natural storytelling voice.

Understanding of key platforms (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and professional forums / boards).

Strong eye for visuals and basic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).

Ability to tailor tone and format to different audiences, clients, professionals, candidates.

A collaborative mindset, open to feedback and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Passion for purpose-driven, people-first communication.

Nice to Have :

Experience in SEO and web content best practices.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

Basic video editing or motion graphics experience.

A portfolio showcasing people-focused or values-based content.
