RESPONSIBILITIES :
Monthly bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Zoho Books
Process expenses and manage invoicing
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Organize and manage email correspondence in Microsoft Outlook online and Zoho Mail
Schedule and coordinate appointments
General administrative support for financial services and software engineering companies
REQUIREMENTS :
Proven experience with QuickBooks and Zoho Books
High proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Experience with Microsoft Outlook online and Zoho Mail
Strong organizational skills for financial services / software engineering environments
Reliable internet connection and professional communication
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Available for immediate start
