A Bench Chemist conducts laboratory experiments, analyzes chemical substances, and researches product formulations. They are responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient lab environment, ensuring the accuracy of data, and may contribute to new product development or process optimization.
Responsibilities :
Conducting Experiments : Performing a variety of chemical experiments, including qualitative and quantitative analyses, following established protocols.
Sample Preparation and Analysis : Preparing and testing chemical samples, including raw materials and finished products.
Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyzing data, interpreting results, and preparing technical reports and presentations.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance : Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshooting : Assisting in troubleshooting laboratory issues and developing solutions.
Collaboration : Working with other scientists, researchers, and cross-functional teams to support project goals and product development.
Safety Compliance : Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe laboratory environment.
Documentation : Maintaining accurate and detailed laboratory records and documentation.
Method Development : Developing and validating new analytical methods and techniques.

Requirements
Education :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
Experience :
Must have Bench Chemistry experience in a GMP facility, 1 -3 years
Shift - must be available to perform 1st & 2nd shift.
Relevant laboratory experience, including familiarity with analytical techniques (e.g., chromatography, spectroscopy) and safety protocols.
