Descripción del trabajoIdentify & attract top talent using creative sourcing methods - 70% active sourcing Conduct interviews & assess candidates' qualifications Follow up the operation plan with the team leader to understand hiring needs and the USPs Manage candidate pipelines & maintain strong communication with candidates & clients Draft and post engaging job ads 30% passive sourcing Global, multicultural work environment Pay-per-hire (uncapped commissions) Flexible schedule Growth & learning opportunities
Were hiring freelance Talent Sourcers to recruit fresh-entry and mid-level candidates for Business Support & BPO roles across Europe, North Africa, and Central Asia.
Requirements :
- Fluent English (interviews in English)
- 6+ months recruitment / talent sourcing experience
- Proficient with sourcing tools, job boards & networks
- 30+ hrs / week availability
- Resilient, positive, target-driven, financially secure (pay per hire, no fixed salary)
- Not currently working with any recruitment agency
