Job Overview :

The position is centered around providing essential support to the Client Services team through meticulous data identification, analysis, and cleanup of the MASTTRO database for processing the Segregated Assets Portfolio Leveling Report. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity. This role requires a diligent and proactive individual who is committed to maintaining high standards in data management and assisting with client services-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities :

Assist in the identification, analysis, and cleanup of data necessary for processing the Segregated Assets Leveling Report.

Perform electronic conversion of PDF statements, interpreting various formats, currencies, and investments; capture data with impeccable accuracy while enhancing its quality whenever possible.

Participate in ongoing efforts to maintain data integrity and completeness within Masttro, including entering updated data, identifying potential errors, and managing tickets to rectify discrepancies.

Handle requests from the Client Services Team by updating values of alternative investments, loans, and cash accounts in Masttro, along with ownership information and contact details.

Support the Segregated Assets Leveling accounts reconciliation process by exploring diverse data sources, applying formulas and data organization tools, understanding discrepancies, and taking appropriate actions to resolve them.

Independently search for and retrieve relevant files to establish comparisons between custodian and data records.

Assist in fulfilling auditor requests by analyzing data and providing additional information as needed.

Skills and Qualifications :

Strong analytical thinking, capable of identifying and addressing complex data issues.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to report and explain findings clearly.

Ability to manage multiple tasks or data streams efficiently and effectively.
