Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Call Center
- Location : On-site in Arecibo, Puerto Rico

Key Responsibilities :Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathyReview and process medical claims and benefit inquiriesAccurately document each interaction in client systemsNavigate multiple platforms using dual monitorsMeet established quality and productivity metricsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex casesRequirements :
Must be available to work on-site in Arecibo, Puerto RicoBilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)High School Diploma or GEDTyping speed of at least 40 WPM and experience with 10-key numeric entry
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelMust be a U.S. CitizenMust be able to pass a background checkPreferred Qualifications :
