Job Description

Will be responsible for the financial and fiscal processes of the company. This position requires technical mastery of the complete accounting cycle, accuracy in handling financial data and compliance with current regulatory frameworks. The position involves interaction with different departments and generation of key reports for decision making.

Responsibilities

Perform accounting records in the financial system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.

Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports, including bank reconciliations and accounting closings.

Oversee the consistency of transactions in the general ledgers and validate account balances.

Collaborate with other functional areas to validate accounting information related to internal operations.

Contribute to internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation and required analysis.

Generate financial performance reports, metrics (KPIs) and other statistical reports as required.

Ensure compliance with tax obligations and requirements of the Department of Treasury or other fiscal entities.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing full cycle accounting functions.

Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite or similar preferred) and intermediate / advanced Microsoft Excel.

Detail oriented, analytical thinking and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines.

Good verbal and written communication and collaborative team player.
