Job Description :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused with experience in telemarketing and customer service to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process, and providing exceptional support and information.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our programs, answer inquiries, and encourage application submissions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, addressing questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to ensure continued interest and timely completion of application materials.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person information sessions to educate prospective students about our programs, enrollment criteria, and campus life.
  • Accurately enter and update prospective student information in the enrollment database, ensuring all records are current and complete.
  • Generate and analyze reports on telemarketing and enrollment activities, providing insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and academic advising, to coordinate recruitment efforts and provide a seamless experience for prospective students.
  • Represent the institution at recruitment events, college fairs, and other outreach activities to attract and engage prospective students.
  • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Availability to work within 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm.
  • Availability to work in the office in the metro area 1 or 2 times per week the rest of the time remotely.
  • Availability to work 2 Saturdays a month from 9am-6pm.
