Job Summary :

The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the property's systems and facilities operate safely and efficiently. This position requires technical knowledge across plumbing, and general building maintenance, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure timely and high-quality work. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a welcoming and well-functioning environment for members, guests, and staff alike.

Education & Experience :

• High School diploma or equivalent and / or experience a related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance or facilities experience, preferably in a hospitality or country club environment.
• Technical or vocational training is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot general equipment.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus but not required.
