Ontario Licensed F&I Specialist

A company is looking for an F&I Specialist responsible for achieving store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance products. Key Responsibilities Achieves store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance products and delivers Profit Gap Analysis results of 100% or more Conducts one-on-one sales training with F&I Managers and participates in group / store sales training and meetings Utilizes sales reporting tools to track performance and communicates regularly with supervisors regarding sales updates Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business, Finance, or Sales Manager, preferably in F&I A proven track record in new car automotive retail with results in F&I, Sales, and Sales Management OMVIC certification (Ontario only) A high level of energy and a positive attitude
