Education & Experience

• Proven experience in membership management, preferably within a luxury hospitality or country club setting (5+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success in membership sales, retention strategies, and customer relationship management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and competitive landscape in membership-based businesses.
