Electronic Service Specialist

General Responsibilities

The Electronic Technical Service Specialist is responsable of installing electronic banking services at Evertec customer locations. Also, provide basic customer training for proper system use and respond to customer technical inquiries by coordinating the necessary services and offering recommendations to management.

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

Education and Experience Required

• An Associate Degree in Systems Information, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science or related, preferred.
• Minimum one (1) or two (2) years of experience related to installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems or applications.
• Analytical and technical skills are strongly preferred.
