A company is looking for a Member Advocate to support members in navigating healthcare and insurance benefits. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance in health insurance and employer benefits through various communication channels Assist new customers with onboarding and selecting appropriate health plans Support members with care journey issues, including provider searches and claims assistance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience in social work, patient advocacy, or health coaching preferred Fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred Some knowledge of healthcare and / or insurance benefits preferred Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications Values-oriented and adaptable to change in a startup environment
