We are seeking an experienced and motivated administrative assistant to provide administrative support to our team in Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Preparing and distributing correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Coordinating and planning events and meetings
- Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalentProven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fieldExperience working in a bilingual environmentExperience using customer relationship management (CRM) softwareExperience in event planning and coordinationAbout the Company :
