Descripción de Responsabilidades :

  • Ayudar con el abastecimiento y la preparación de las estaciones de cocina
  • Preparación de alimentos, incluida la limpieza y el corte de los ingredientes y la preparación de platos principales, postres, aperitivos y refrigerios
  • Emplatar alimentos preparados según la orientación del chef senior
  • Trabajar con servidores para garantizar que los pedidos se completen de acuerdo con la solicitud y a tiempo
  • Lavar y limpiar la cocina y los utensilios de cocina y almacenar el equipo al final de los turnos
  • Asegurar que los procedimientos de operación e higiene de la cocina cumplan con los estándares y regulaciones de seguridad alimentaria.

Requisitos Minimos :

  • Al menos un año de experiencia en cocina
  • Excelente conocimiento de administración de cocina y capacidad para trabajar como parte de un equipo
  • Fuerte organización y habilidades de escucha activa
  • La capacidad de trabajar de pie la mayor parte del día y levantar 30 libras a la vez
  • Habilidades excepcionales de gestión del tiempo
