As a Security Professional - Financial Patrol in Farmington, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .
As a valued member of the Allied Universal team, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a financial institution location. In this unarmed patrol position, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and a professional presence. You will also utilize technology such as computers or tablets to document activities and interact with team members. What You’ll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the financial institution environment.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.Document incidents and maintain accurate records in accordance with company and client requirements.What We’re Looking For :

A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
