Descripción del trabajoWash all vehicles and trucks. Pressure clean facility grounds. Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors. Gather and empty trash. Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities. Dust furniture, walls, and equipment. Clean windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers. Perform routine maintenance activities. Handle heavy cleaning duties. Respond to unanticipated cleaning needs as required. Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning materials, tools, equipment, and restroom supplies. Be alert to and correct or report any deficiencies regarding maintenance or overall presentation observed in any space. Assist operators as needed. Ability to perform physical tasks and handle cleaning equipment. Attention to detail and proactive approach to maintenance. Strong adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Summary
The Facility Custodian / General Helper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of facilities and assets. This includes performing routine and periodic cleaning tasks, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
