Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the establishment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted correctly.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
• Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently during busy periods.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively while providing excellent service.
• Be able to make your own drinks / can teach that if needed

Job Type : Full-time

Location : Pine Stump Junction, 20 miles north of newberry michigan . Transportation assistance is provided.

Pay : $9.00 - $10.50 per hour, with tips you will be making $16-$18 an hour on a slow day, busy days you can make alot of money in tips average $20 plus easily

Expected hours : No less than 32 per week, 40 plus hours possible
