We´re seeking for an "EHS Specialist" to work with a packaging manufacturing company.

LOCATION : Hatillo, PR.

SALARY : $35K per year + benefits.

SCHEDULE : 40 hours per week, 2 days off.

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

Environment, health and safety compliance and reports.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective health and safety programs.
Risk analysis
Conduct EHS audits and inspections.
Conduct assessments of current environmental practices, including energy consumption, waste generation, and water usage, to identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and analyze KPI's of EHS area.

REQUIREMENTS :

Completed Bachelor's degree in fields such as Health, Engineering, Industrial Science, or Environmental Science.

Experience as an EHS Specialist or similar rol.

EHS Certifications (OSHA, ISO, CPR, etc.)

Familiarity with OSHA regulations specific to manufacturing and industrial settings.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence change at all levels of the organization.
