A Brief Overview
The Sales Service Representative promotes all banking services and products of the Branch in accordance with the selling culture, goals achievement and established measurement standards ( Complies with a Score card plan).
Accountable for adhering to the Bank’s BSA, AML and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFCA) applicable policies. Employee must follow specific unit procedures developed in compliance with the policies. The employee is also responsible for reporting any suspicious activity and / or transactions in accordance with the Bank’s processes and complying with any mandatory BSA, AML and OFAC training assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Establishes and develops relationships with clients presenting them the right alternatives to their needs in accordance with the One Stop Shop philosophy.
Performs the personal loans disbursements.
Verifies client’s checking accounts funds availability.
Maintains a log of the work area documents and forms.
Complies with all related laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Submits results reports about his / her production.
Complies with the Branch Selling Culture, goals, working plans, sales (Score card) and administrative procedures.
Complies with the Total Quality Program.
Performs greeter duties when needed.
Assists management with special projects and tasks when requested.
Competencies :
Fully bilingual preferable
Sales and Customer service orientation
Computer literacy
Banking laws and regulations knowledge, preferable
Teamwork orientation
Analytic Thinking Capacity
Banking products and services knowledge, preferable
What You'll Need :
One (1) to two (2) years ofexperience in customer orientation and knowledge of banking products andservices.
A minimum of 24 credits toward anassociate or bachelor’s degree, or coursework related to banking, isrequired.
Bachelor’s degree in businessadministration or related field, is preferred.
Candidates with a combination ofpractical experience, relevant training, and academic preparation may alsoqualify if they demonstrate the required skills and competencies.
Computer literate in the use of MS Office.
Fully Bilingual, preferable.
Sales, Customer Service andPresentation skills are a most.
Excellent communication skills
Available to work holiday days, weekends, and flexible schedule.
