About the location :

The Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences at Puerto Rico is a collection of 139 hotel rooms and 84 private residences. Situated on 483 acres with two miles of beach frontage, award-winning golf, an expansive wildlife sanctuary, nature trails and a lagoon complete with paddle boarding, fishing, and a water playground.

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Director who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment.

What You Will Do

Provide leadership and management for the Food & Beverage Division by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the division and Hotel.

What You Bring

College degree preferably specializing in hotel / restaurant management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required.

Five to seven years previous experience in multiple food & beverage department head positions.

Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
