Job Description

To help us along this journey, the Virtual Program Assistant (VPA) team is seeking a qualified junior-level Software Engineer. VPA is a foundational Program Management infrastructure hub for program management, reporting, and analytics, enabling improved and predictable program performance. It leverages enterprise-wide program management applications to compare, compile, and analyze program data to assist the program manager in optimizing program costs and schedules.

What You Will Be Doing :

In this role, you will also be responsible for engaging with customers to listen to their perspectives, and working with architects, analysts, and Project leaders to make requirements become a reality. Your daily responsibilities will include :

  • Utilizing development skills to build and support applications on premise and in the cloud
  • Working with the product team and prioritize requirements into a plan to meet milestones and minimum viable products (MVP) that meet schedule, cost, and functional constraints
  • Working with internal customers to help conceptualize means to apply digital technology as a strategic asset
  • Working with the business transformation, developer advocacy, and functional leadership teams to identify opportunities to create the desired customer experiences, gather feedback to support iterative, data-driven growth and improvement opportunities, and determine effectiveness of new and current systems

Further Information About This Opportunity :

This is a fully remote position open to applicants living in Puerto Rico. US citizenship is required due to system access.
