Senior Marketing Manager , you will lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives—including product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns—for both fixed and mobile services. In collaboration with the Marketing Team and Ad Agencies, you will champion the Liberty brand, enhance market presence, and accelerate brand recognition through innovative strategies and customer-focused programs. How can you add value? Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : Work with Marketing, Brand & Advertising Director in the development, implementation, and execution of all marketing & retail offer strategies and assist with pricing & promotional strategies for both, mobile and fixed to support company profit objectives Develop ongoing communications and advertising strategies for the Liberty brand and / or related products tied to sales results, department objectives, metric & Key Performance Indicator results, added value revenue and brand recognition. Assist with product improvement & development, budget control, new product offers, analysis and other department campaign launches besides continuing to serve as liaison with Ad Agency. Combine advertising with promotional deals to entice consumers and clients to buy products and generate calls. Collaborate with legal to generate legal footprints for advertising print and digital ads. Support brand profitability through the development of brand strategies, annual marketing plans, new product roadmaps, brand packaging and through management of advertising and consumer promotion. Support Marketing, Brand and Advertising Director with new product launches and seasonal offers and any other Marketing / Product campaign launch. Responsible for running campaigns to help build brand awareness. Measure campaign success, RGU’s, NPS, generated calls and results in everything we do using Key Performance Indicators / RGU’s and Calls generated by advertising efforts. Support stores, kiosk’s and offices with needed advertising and promotional signage as needed. Provide needed tools and collaterals to our sales team in collaboration of Ad Agency and internal Creative Designer Work together with Promotions Manager to be aligned with opportunities, sponsorships and brand presence. Plan, develop and implement marketing plans for established special products and co-op advertising and for launches of new services & products. Work on advertising adaptations for traditional and digital media of fixed and mobile advertising Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Product Departments to gather information on codes, specs & offers. Promote customer awareness and field sales effectiveness through marketing communication projects. Ensure that final creative versions are aligned with brand specifications. Responsible for working with Ad Agencies to advertise new offers, notifications, and promotions. Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation print / direct mail, radio, TV scripts and the launching of contests / trivia to help incentivize customers. Responsible for updating and maintain daily competitive retail offers. Plan and implement marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention and satisfaction. Provide information to help with marketing department budget & assist in the delivery of marketing activities within agreed budget. Responsible for Pay per View notifications, downloads, payments, codes and promotional campaign Responsible for coordinating and serving as liaison between Media Services and Ad Agency to coordinate special series & special events newspaper ads. Execution of competitive analysis reports for mobile and fixed competitors Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising. Demonstrate and ensure alignment with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures. Other functions may be assigned. What do you need?

Education and / or Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 6-9 years of experience in marketing Experience leading retail / mobile advertising and in all aspects of developing and handling marketing campaigns and strategies Other Qualifications :

Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English) and outstanding interpersonal skills. Vast understanding of mobile industry, mobile competition and experience in mobile retail. Knowledge of telecom industry, advertising industry, contending media, as well as specific knowledge of photo classified and direct mail products Ability to prioritize and coordinate effectively while working in a fast paced environment. Ability to relate well both with general public and with employees at all levels.
