Job Description
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and supporting top talent to meet client’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business goals and metrics.
- Create, update and remove job posting from different service requisitions on the different platforms available for these purposes.
- Evaluate all resumes received and identify candidates that match customer requirements.
- Conduct phone interviews to identify candidates who align with client requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews of selected candidates with the Human Resources Representative.
Requirements
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field.Proven track record in recruitment and payroll, typically 1-3 years.Experience with regulated industries as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology.Requirements
