For Change management services in the manufacturing area.  WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT :   The Technical Part : Bachelor in Life Science or Engineering with two (2) years of experience in a biopharmaceutical regulated Industry.

• Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.

Shift : Administrative and according to business needs.  Experience in : Change management process.

OneTrack software.

Generate a change plan document in a cross-functional team environment Support the generation of validation-related documentation.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL : (The day-to-day on the job)   Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of capital construction projects.

Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement plans to address resistance and foster adoption.

Maintain detailed documentation of change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, and training materials.  WHO WE ARE : We are a Service Provider company different from the rest.
