Whats the role

As a Grants Coordinator, you will help manage the full lifecycle of grants, from planning and preparation to post-award administration. You will ensure compliance with regulations and funding requirements and work closely with grantees and sub-grantees. The role also involves identifying and developing new grant opportunities.

How you will add value

• Managing of grants for program compliance, contractual requirements, ensuring goals and objectives.
• Revising contract documents for compliance with federal regulations.
• Overseeing programs and projects during their life cycle planning process.
• Providing training and guidance to grantees and sub grantees regarding Federal fund requirements.
• Developing program progress reports and follow-ups, including statistics, charts and presentations.
• Managing the budget and fund allocation.
• Coordinating the preparation and submission of grant proposals.
• Maintaining an internal grant calendar and ensure timely submission of applications and reports.
