Position Purpose :
Execute and maintain plant control, automation and instrumentation systems to ensure compliance with quality, food safety and industrial safety standards. Provide technical support to the operations team, collaborate in the implementation of improvement projects and ensure the effectiveness of the calibration program under the applicable regulations and internal requirements.
Main Responsibilities :
Maintain and follow up on instrument inventory and calibration system of critical equipment.Perform configuration, testing and programming of industrial controllers such as PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, transmitters and closed loop systems.Ensure compliance with calibration plans in accordance with internal and external standards.Diagnose technical failures in automated equipment and collaborate with maintenance and manufacturing teams in their resolution.Maintain updated backups of control software, electrical diagrams and system technical files.Participate in the implementation and documentation of instrumentation and automation improvement projects.Coordinate external calibrations with certified suppliers or contractors, according to operational needs.Support during internal and external audits related to measurement and control equipment.Use software tools such as ProCal, Microsoft Excel, Word and other systems for documentation and traceability.Interpret electrical, electronic and process control (P&ID) drawings.Evaluate materials, spare parts and components related to the automation area.Foster effective communication between technical and operational areas, maintaining professional relationships with local and international suppliers.Perform other related functions as assigned by technical management.Requirements :
