Join Collins Aerospace as a Senior Systems Engineer , and work with the Battle Management Command and Control & Autonomy portfolio within the Mission Systems C4I&A organization. We are looking for a strong, passionate problem-solver with an action-oriented, collaborative mindset who strives to exceed expectations.

In this role, you will be working with a multidisciplinary team with all elements of the design process including system-level trades, requirements development, system architecture and design, performance assessment, integration and test, verification, validation, and support of fielded products.

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

This role is categorized as hybrid , with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.

What YOU will do :

• Perform analysis, architecture and design at all levels of the total system product including concept, design, fabrication, modeling, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Contribute to all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle, including trade studies, system architecture, requirements definition and allocation, traceability, integration, verification, qualification, and certification.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful execution of key program milestones.
• Provide systems engineering support to bids and proposals, contributing to technical strategy and solution development.
