Join a team that helps Medicare-eligible individuals find the right coverage. We're looking for customer-oriented professionals to provide guidance over the phone, assisting with insurance options and enrollments.

Location : San Juan, PR

Pay Rate : $13.00 – $15.00 per hour

Hours : 32–40 hours per week | Shifts scheduled between 7 : 00am and 10 : 00pm CST

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to support insurance enrollment
• Match customers with plans that suit their needs
• Accurately complete forms and maintain call documentation
