A day in the life of a Store Manager :
Management : Responsible for scheduling coworker hours , recruiting, interviewing and assisting District Manager with hiring decisionsCustomer Service : Assist customers through the application process, prospect new business by telemarketing and educate about lease agreements and price optionsAccount Management : Maintain accurate records of customer account activity, to include current and past due accountsRelationships : Network and partner with host store to gain referrals and educate staff on lease agreement processWhat are the minimum requirements?
1 3 years of retail / customer service experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of ageValid state driver's license and good driving record You WILL need a valid driver's license to run store errandsGreat communication and customer service skillsWhat are some additional helpful traits?
