Design and implement strategies that improve organizational efficiency, foster a high-performance culture, and promote talent development within the company. Work closely with leaders and teams to identify areas for improvement, develop training programs, and ensure the organization is aligned with its strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement organizational development strategies with input from the relevant team members and under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, aiming to improve staff efficiency and productivity.

Align organizational development initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.

Conduct training sessions, seminars, and workshops or assist the Human Resources Manager in administering these programs.

Promote talent development through training and professional development programs, including but not limited to creating and facilitating leadership development programs.

Work closely with leaders and teams to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager.

Create, document, and manage, in close collaboration with the Senior Human Resources Specialist and under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager, development initiatives that support performance improvement plans and promote a positive, high-performance organizational culture that motivates employees to reach their full potential.

Design and implement succession plans within the companies.

Act as a subject-matter advisor on organizational and cultural change management efforts, with the goal of fostering a positive and high-impact organizational culture.

Collect and analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of implemented initiatives and strategies, making adjustments as necessary.

Develop, coordinate, and manage the activities of the Bio-Academy within the Human Resources department. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining an updated curriculum for the academy to develop employees’ soft skills and the Bio-Leaders Academy.

Manage new employee training upon completion of the initial onboarding process, including immersion training in the service culture and the “BELS” system.

Maintain updated records of all staff development and training initiatives and strategies.

Answer and make phone calls following business protocol and etiquette, take and promptly refer messages, close the service cycle when applicable, and ensure matters are properly attended to, resolved, communicated, and documented.

Respond to inquiries from supervisors and employees and serve as a specialized resource for guidance and resolution of issues related to employee development and training.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Master’s Degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.

Minimum of one year of experience performing similar functions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Excellent public speaking and knowledge-sharing skills.

Ability to work with and relate effectively to multiple teams and organizational levels.

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent collaborative and constructive teamwork abilities.
