ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Support global regulatory projects providing data related to the quality manufacturing process and execute changes as required. Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing raw materials and / or components into partially finished and / or finished products. Responsibilities :
- Support Global Regulatory Projects :
o Search in the systems and provide data related to the quality manufacturing process in a timely matter. o Work collaboratively with other departments, manufacturing sites and divisions.
o Execute and implement quality / manufacturing changes as required.
o Generate change requests and coordinate with operations for proper and flawless implementation avoiding business interruptions or customer impacts.
o Evaluate manufacturing and design changes and suggest solutions when required.
o Communicate effectively status and progress of activities assigned.
o Comply with all applicable regulations and industry standards.
o May conduct Internal and External audits. May train others in Quality Assurance / GMP / FDA-QSR related topics. o May design and / or implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and reliability of products and / or production and / or test equipment : Statistical process control, Incoming part / product inspection criteria, Automated testing, Functional gauging, Productivity improvements
o Stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition.
o Ensures manufacturing documentation and process validation are complete, accurate and within GMP compliance.
o May design and / or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment.
o Prepare documentation for inspection / testing procedures.
