Descripción del trabajoHabilidad para realizar las tareas de mantenimiento en el área del taller. Habilidad para comunicarse de manera clara con su supervisor. Habilidad para realizar su trabajo acorde a las buenas prácticas de seguridad. Entendimiento básico del mantenimiento de edificios. Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo. Capacidad para usar herramientas de limpieza a mano como trapeadores, escobas y cepillos. Posibilidad de utilizar herramientas de limpieza eléctrica como aspiradoras y máquina de presión. Capacidad para seguir y leer instrucciones y usar productos químicos y agentes de limpieza correctamente. Capacidad para aprender procedimientos de limpieza para equipos industriales. Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente altamente preferido. Se prefiere experiencia previa. Debe ser capaz de trabajar en una variedad de condiciones climáticas. Debe ser capaz de levantar hasta 35 libras a la vez. Períodos prolongados de pie, caminando, agachándose y arrodillado.

Resumen del puesto :
El “Handyman” del área del taller es el responsable de mantener su área asignada limpia y organizada.
Deberes / Responsabilidades :
- Es responsable de realizar el mantenimiento del piso, baños del área del taller y la limpieza de las maquinarias.
- Es responsable de mantener el área del taller en buen estado y dar mantenimiento de pintura según sea necesario.
- Pasará máquina de presión semanalmente al área asignada.
- Recogerá la basura diariamente.
- Mantendrá un inventario de los materiales que utiliza para limpieza y de necesitar solicitará los mismos.
- Llevará un registro del mantenimiento que realiza.
- Realizara otras tareas según surja la necesidad en el área del taller.
