To support the department the Operation Departments team he / she will be working to meet the department’s milestones by :

Project Safety

• Ensure that Project Safety materials are in line with OSHA and TotalEnergies’ rules (Prevention plan and work permits), redact necessary changes, and submit them for internal validation.
• In coordination with the GBT Terminal and Projects Manager, develop and implement the prevention plans for the temporary contractors or the annual prevention plans for the in-house or permanent contractors.
• In coordination with the GBT Terminal and Projects Manager, give relevant work permits to contractors.
• Check the projects’ Scope of Work before being sent for bid to ensure that safety processes are properly described an consider company's policies.
• Maintain an up-to-date Project Planning for GBT and coordinate it with the Technical Department to ensure that works can be done safely, especially considering co-activity risks.
• Regularly inspect on the field contractors’ compliance with safety rules.
• Conduct regular safety talks with contractors’ employees and management to ensure they are aware of safety rules and apply them.
• Depending on the Projects’ activity in the Terminal, supervise temporary Field Project Safety officers.
• Responsible for the implementation of the safety procedures during work, provide and sign work permits.

The Project Safety and Maintenance & Repair (M&R) Supervisor  will be directly responsible for safety during project execution in GBT (Guaynabo Bulk Terminal), for implementing the preventive maintenance plan of the terminal and managing small CAPEX project assigned to GBT’s team.
