Descripción del trabajoManage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple entities, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Handle multi-currency transactions and ensure proper accounting for foreign exchange differences. Maintain compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations for each entity. Oversee payroll processing for employees in various countries, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Ensure compliance with international payroll laws and regulations, including deductions, benefits, and reporting requirements. Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve client billing inquiries. Prepare financial statements and management reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a monthly and quarterly basis. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management to inform strategic decisions. Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks across all entities, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Develop and implement best practices for QuickBooks usage to streamline accounting workflows. Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Assist with tax filings, audits, and other regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflows, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. Develop and document standard operating procedures for accounting activities. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a tech multinational or accounting environment. Proven experience managing accounting for multiple entities and currencies. Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory) and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with accounting standards like GAAP or IFRS and payroll software / tools.
