Descripción del trabajo

RESUMEN DEL PUESTO El técnico de mantenimiento tiene la responsabilidad de mantener las facilidades del proyecto en el que este asignado, limpias y ordenadas.  Realiza tareas de limpieza rutinarias como mantenimiento de pisos, baños, alfombras, cristales, control de polvo, recogido de basura.  Reporta a su supervisor los materiales que hagan falta, así como también, reparaciones de equipo y / o planta física.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES Mantener la confidencialidad sobre la información a la cual se tenga acceso voluntaria e involuntaria.

Identificar situaciones que afectan la calidad del servicio y notificarlas al supervisor inmediato.

Identificar oportunidades de mejoramiento del servicio en su área de trabajo.

Requisición de equipos y / o materiales a su supervisor para realizar sus funciones.

Planificar la limpieza general en su área de trabajo de acuerdo a las prioridades del servicio.

Manejo de basura regular y utilizar los productos de limpieza adecuadamente.

Mantener limpios los pisos, paredes, baños y toda superficie vertical y horizontal.

Suplir materiales : jabón de baño, jabón de mano, papel toalla / sanitario (según sea necesario).

Completar las tareas asignadas en su área de trabajo antes de terminar su turno.

Mantenimiento preventivo del equipo.

Actuar diligentemente ante las quejas y solicitudes del cliente.

Realizar cualquier otra tarea asignada por el supervisor inmediato.

REQUISITOS : Mínimo cuarto (4to) año de Escuela Superior o experiencia equivalente al mismo.  DESTREZAS Y HABILIDADES : Habilidad para mantener excelentes relaciones interpersonales.

Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.

Destrezas de comunicación.

Orientado (a) al servicio al cliente, calidad y seguridad.

Manejo del tiempo.

Iniciativa, seguir instrucciones orales y escritas.

EXPERIENCIA : Un (1) año de experiencia previa en limpieza y mantenimiento de facilidades.

CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO Disponibilidad para trabajar cualquier día de la semana.  Turnos rotativos, fines de semana y días feriados.

REQUERIMIENTOS FÍSICOS Ejercer fuerza muscular para empujar, halar y cargar objetos.  Fuerza física para levantar cubos de agua, químicos o inventario desde 35 a 50 libras.

Habilidad para subir y bajar en escaleras de diferentes alturas.

Capacidad para permanecer en pie durante horas extensas de trabajo (4 a 8 horas corridas).

Habilidad para mover manos, brazos y extremidades.  Realizar movimientos abdominales y uso de músculos de la espalda baja para sostener parte del cuerpo repetitivamente continuamente durante periodos de tiempo.

Habilidad para doblar y estirar el cuerpo repetitivamente (flexibilidad).
