Job Summary

El Director de Unidad será el líder en el sitio para nuestra organización en una cuenta del sector Empresarial e Industrial (Business & Industry).

A los ojos del cliente, esta persona representa a nuestra empresa a nivel local y será el primer punto de escalamiento. El candidato seleccionado debe tener habilidades excepcionales de comunicación, organización y gestión del tiempo.

Será responsable de la entrega general de los servicios gestionados al cliente. Los servicios incluyen, pero no se limitan a : limpieza, sala de correo y distribución, envíos y recepciones, recepción, asistentes administrativos de oficina y gestión de subcontratistas para el mantenimiento del edificio. Será responsable de coordinar y apoyar con éxito todas las actividades del departamento, incluyendo la responsabilidad financiera total, como la conciliación y aprobación de facturas. El Director se relacionará con todos los niveles del personal del centro en lo que respecta al Alcance del Trabajo (Scope of Work) de la unidad asignada. El Director será responsable de presupuestos de hasta aproximadamente $3 millones.

Requisitos :

Se requiere bilingüismo en inglés y español.

Experiencia en limpieza, manejo de más de 30 subordinados directos, mantenimiento de pisos, jardinería, desarrollo de relaciones sólidas con el cliente y habilidades financieras sólidas, incluyendo la gestión de presupuestos.

Cualificaciones preferidas :

Más de 2 años de experiencia en gestión de instalaciones dentro del sector Empresarial e Industrial.

Experiencia previa apoyando a una empresa de tecnología, preferentemente.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Gestión de pérdidas y ganancias (P&L).

Enfoque en relaciones con el cliente y servicio al cliente.

Habilidades de liderazgo de equipos; reclutamiento, desarrollo y relaciones de personal.

Conocimiento en planificación, organización y sistemas.
