AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL : (The day-to-day on the job) Identify and develop sources of qualified candidates.

Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to the Recruiters Specialist.  Perform effective and clear phone and personal interviews using proven target selection methodologies.

Write effective job postings and job ads.

Perform effective and clear pre-screenings using proven target selection methodologies.

Effectively perform several administrative activities such as schedule meetings, attending phone calls, organizing files, others as needed by the business.

Provide support to vendor neutral customers and resources to continually expand FITS service offerings.

Display a high level of professionalism and compassion when working with each account on sensitive matters.
