Help Desk Technician – Apprenticeship Program (Full-Time)

  • Location : On-site in Arecibo, Puerto Rico

Job Type : Full-Time – Apprenticeship Program

  • Start Date : ASAP

    • About the Position :

    We are looking for a full-time Help Desk Technician under our Apprenticeship Program . This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, structured training, and career growth in IT support.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Assist with system installations, updates, and configurations
  • Maintain IT documentation and track support requests
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient operations

    • Requirements :

  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Arecibo, PR
