Urology Opportunity in Puerto Rico

We are seeking a skilled urologist to join a collaborative team of 3 urologists in Puerto Rico. This position offers a dynamic clinical environment with a focus on patient-centered care, supported by physician assistants (PAs). You’ll have daily access to both clinic and operating room facilities.

Requirements :

• Current resident or graduate from an ACGME-approved urology residency.
• American Board of Urology certified or board eligible.
• Fluent in spoken Spanish and written English.
• Eligible to obtain a medical license to practice in Puerto Rico.

Includes a $50,000 sign-on bonus, $50,000 annual productivity bonus, $20,000 relocation bonus, $2,500 annual education fund, and a pathway to partnership with potential for additional income.
