Senior Technical Account Manager

Seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage the post-sales customer lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, account health, and driving adoption of ClickUp's platform and AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and effective training Proactively manage account health and user adoption, developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention Drive the deployment of AI-powered workflows and automations, aligning solutions with customer business objectives Required Qualifications 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role, such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Manager 2+ years of hands-on experience with project management platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or similar Direct experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations or managing a significant book of business Demonstrated ability to build and deploy AI-powered workflows and automations Strong project and program management skills, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
