La Concha Resort is a modern luxury resort in Condado, Puerto Rico with a history since 1958. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet their service needs, and thank them with genuine appreciation.
• Responsible for cleaning the entire lobby, including all entrances, glass doors, windows, men's and women's bathrooms, main office reception area, lounge, and shops.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested by the housekeeping manager.
• Maintenance and cleaning of all equipment used by him/her.
• Consult with the manager to determine if special situations require immediate attention.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
• Ensure that expectations and quality standards are met.
• Be aware of daily hotel operations, review daily event sheets, bulletin boards, and stay up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
• Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Follow all company safety and hygiene policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the Director of Housekeeping.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to achieve common goals.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Hospitality oriented
• Experience in a housekeeping position or public areas, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capable and willing to perform basic cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
