Descripción del trabajoProvide direct assistance to the Chief Legal Officer in the areas of labor compliance and litigation. Conduct research and analysis on a wide range of corporate legal matters. Assist in supervising and supporting outside counsel in any Company litigation process. Draft, review and administer contracts based on the Company's products. Maintain corporate records and documents. Participate in the development of strategic plans, recommendations, structuring, implementation and strategies for clients. Advise managers on grants, rules and regulations. Assist in training new team members. Clearly communicate work plan and project objectives to clients and cross-functional teams. Manage corporate legal processes and will assist in obtaining and coordinating outside resources needed for legal issues or litigation. Work as part of a cross-functional team. Have the discretion to review and analyze legal documents related to ongoing litigation and assist in complex HR matters. Juris Doctor with current license in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and minimum 4 years of experience. Current Notary Public preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong ability to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines. Highly detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer literate in MS Office and Outlook. Good organization, ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment.
