Ontario Licensed F&I Specialist

A company is looking for an F&I Specialist responsible for achieving store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products. Key Responsibilities Achieves store sales targets through the sales of F&I products and delivers Profit Gap Analysis (PGA) results Conducts one-on-one sales training with F&I Managers and participates in group / store sales training and meetings Utilizes sales reporting tools and tracks sales performance while communicating updates to supervisors Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as Business, Finance, or Sales Managers, preferably in F&I A proven track record in new car automotive retail, producing results in F&I, Sales, and Sales Management OMVIC certified (Ontario only) A high level of energy and a positive attitude
