Currently, we have a job opportunity for a Health Claims Analyst in our central office in Hato Rey. Duties include receiving, registering, and opening claims according to established procedures, analyzing and evaluating claims to validate documentation and determine eligibility, managing correspondence related to claims, payments, and case follow-ups, coordinating and processing payments associated with approved claims, digitizing, organizing, and keeping the area's files and documents updated, registering claim information in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy, providing timely follow-up on cases to ensure efficient resolution and excellent customer service.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Medical Billing or Health, 1 year of experience paying medical claims in the insurance industry, knowledge of HIPAA, excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
