Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities :
- Perform analysis and design of Bridges and Buildings structures including vehicle and pedestrian bridges as well as low to mid-rise buildings.
- Prepare computer analysis models, organize calculations, interpret design codes, and provide markups to produce construction drawings.
- Interact with CAD Technicians (familiarized with the latest structural CAD standards).
- Visit project sites and provide construction observations towards providing engineering solutions to different site conditions and / or existing conditions.
- Interact with CSA Bridge Engineer, Architects and other Engineering disciplines.
