Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in our restaurant / bar / banquet services, ensuring an excellent guest experience while leading and supporting a team of service professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and performance management
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow
• Support the F&B Manager with administrative and operational tasks as needed
