A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (National) to manage recruitment efforts across various disciplines. Key Responsibilities : Own end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, and candidate preparation Submit vetted candidates to account managers for temporary / project and direct-hire opportunities Maintain detailed candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System and contribute to the scalability of the Recruiting and Staffing Platform Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with a mix of staffing agency and corporate exposure Demonstrated success in placing professionals in finance, accounting, IT, and HR roles Experience recruiting across multiple industries and geographies, from staff to executive level Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter Ability to manage 7-10 active searches simultaneously in various stages of execution
